The providing temperature of visible steam is limited, the influence that it overcomes the f water wall effect also is not very obvious.2. The clamping sleeve uses the heat conduction oil to control temperature. Due to the use temperature of heat conducting oil is generally not more than 3500C. The use temperature of good organic heat carrier is limited to 4000C below. So the effect of overcoming clamp water jacket wall is not obvious. If operation does not control well in the long run, heat conducting oil is easy to coking and decomposition, even occurs clip drum set to fire explosion and other safe accidents.
3. Clamping sleeve uses molten salt to control and improve temperature. The molten salt is a mixture that it is consist of the potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate. The working temperature is between 350 ~ 5300C. Because the melting point of the molten salt is above 1420C, so the molten salt systems starts relatively trouble. The request of molten salt system design is reasonable, open parking order is suitable, If not, it is easy to damage the clamping sleeve.
