Each steam turbine generator will usually operate to keep a net electricity production of 100 MWe (nominal load). Reduced load operation may be performed if weather conditions do not allow maintaining the maximum production or salts availability is not enough.

The continuous minimum load will be between 10-20 MWe net (preliminary). Operation at lower loads is not expected to be continuous.
