Engineered safety features will be provided. As a minimum, they will be designed to cope with any size pressure boundary break, up to and including the circumferential rupture of any pipe in the test stand with unobstructed discharge from both ends.
    An independent emergency power system will be provided, designed with adequate capacity and testability to insure the functioning of all engineered safety features.
