Washing of sliding bearing for submerged  pump

    When liquid pump sliding bearing is in lubrication and cooling operation process, sliding bearings and bushings friction will produce a lot of heat and they must fully and timely wash to the sliding bearing. Flushing fluid bearing can take away the heat and it can also lubricate bearings.
    Liquid pump usually has two ways of the irrigation: self flushing and external flushing. Self flushing method used a rinse that the rinse transport the medium. External flushing usually quoted the tap water in system or clean oil as washing fluid. External washing lotion should be easy to obtain other liquids that they are compatible with the working medium, non-toxic, does not burn, non corrosive, not containing solid particles. The physicochemical properties of the working medium does not have an impact to maintain the quality of the liquid products.
    When the transmission medium does not contain solid particles, you should use self washing way. From the discharge pipe of the pump leads and the medium should be transported from the flushing pipeline branches of the vertical toward each sliding bearing lubrication holes to make the sliding bearing cooling and lubrication. If so, it can maintain the stability of the working condition of the sliding bearing to extend the service life of the journal bearings.
