Why does bearing of molten salt pump fever?

    Bearings have greatly impact on normal operation of molten salt pump. Once bearing parts of the molten salt fever, we should deal with the problem in time. Common reasons are as follows:

    1.  If the grease adds too much, heat would not be released timely.
    2. If the grease adds too small, the greasing effect of bearing is not good. If so, bearing would lead to friction. Then it would make out a lot of heat.
    3. If the grease deteriorates, the grease should be replaced timely.
    4. Concentric degree of the molten salt pump’s rotor is not good, or the balance of the rotor is not good.
    5. The temperature of molten salt pump’s cooling water is too high.
    6. Ambient temperature of the molten salt pump is too high.
