    Liquid lower parts of the high temperature submerged  pump are generally equipped with sliding bearing. In sliding bearing, shaft sleeve and bushing are key parts. Different media has different requirements on the material of bushing and sleeve. The gap between bushing and sleeve is also very important. If the gap is too small, due to the wrong of the parts and assembly, it would occur mechanical wear and even occurs holding shaft phenomenon. If the gap is too large, the shaft stiffness would be damaged and the critical speed is low. The pump running is easy to produce vibration and seriously affect service life. According to the experience of Warwick Pump Co., Ltd., the sleeve and the bushing usually choose H8/ D8.
    When the high temperature submerged  pump is in operation process, bushings and sleeve wear will produce large amounts of heat. Dry grinding will aggravate the wear degree. Therefore, it is necessary to timely cooling. At the same time, when the cooling submerged  flows through the grinding surface, it would reduce coefficient of friction. And it plays an role for lubrication of the bearing to reduce the power consumption and improve the pump efficiency. And it would prolong the service life of the bushing.
