High efficiency working area and installation of molten salt

    The efficient work area of molten salt pump refers to the area that the molten salt pump is working under the design condition. And it also refers to that molten salt pump’s suction, head, voltage, motor speed, the properties of high temperature molten salt and others. The parameters are in line with the Warwick pump design parameters. Molten salt pump is working in high efficiency at this time.
    Therefore, the installation of the molten salt pump should pay attention to the following points:
    1) the installation’s position of the molten salt pump should meet the requirements of the vacuum suction’s high degree. The basic level must be stable to ensure that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation direction of the molten salt pump.
    2) when the molten salt pump is connected with the motor by shaft. The shaft must be guaranteed to be in the same line. If so, it can prevent the vibration of the unit running and the single side wear of the bearing;
    3) If there are many molten salt pump in the same molten salt bath, there should be enough distance between the molten salt pump and the molten salt tank wall.
    4) Out liquid pipe of the molten salt pump must be sealed well. You should try your best to reduce the elbow and the valve. You should completely drain the air when you are filling to lead molten salt. Pipe should not accumulation air and requires the liquid outlet pipe to slightly inclined. And the liquid outlet should be connected with the molten salt port. The inlet molten salt pipe should have certain submerged depth.
    5) The reserved holes on the base of the molten salt pump should be made according to the size of the molten salt pump.
