How to install, remove, start, and operate at high temperatu

    One, the installation requirements of the liquid pump
    1, The pump must be installed vertically in the liquid tank or tank above the fixed bracket.
    2, The distance from suction inlet to bottom of the pool should be greater than 200 mm.
    3, The outlet pipe of the liquid pump must be provided with a support frame, which does not allow the weight to be directly dropped on the pump body.
    Two, the removal sequence of the liquid pump
    1, Liquid pump closes valve of the delivery pipe and remove spit on part of the flange bolts or linked to nozzle. Then you should tear down a section of pipe. Its length is the datum of the length that it is not to interfere with the lifting pump shall
    2, The hydraulic pump to loosen the motor frame and motor coupling bolts, hanging to the motor.
    3,You should remove the pump body and the bracket bolt, and you can screw off the impeller.
    4, Remove the middle bracket, pull down the shaft coupling.
    5, Remove the bearing body up and down bearing cover, you can check the status of the bearing.
    Three, the starting, stopping and running requirements of the liquid pump
    1, The hydraulic pump motor is not installed, the power should be turned on to check the direction of rotation.  It must be consistent with prescribing rotating direction of the pump.
    2, The liquid pump is installed on the motor and chewing off coupling. You should check the question whether pump shaft and motor is concentric and whether the weight of rotation is not uniform. You should know that you can operate the motor after everything is normal.
    3, The liquid pump closes valve and pressure gauge of the outlet pipeline.
    4, The liquid pump starting motor is that the pressure gauge opens the outlet valve to the desired position.
    5, If the liquid pump parks normally, you should close the outlet valve firstly, then stop the motor, lastly close the pressure gauge.
    6, The pump bearing chamber should ensure enough oil, bearing’s temperature shall not be higher than 70 degrees.
