    Maintenance of chemical molten salt pump

    (1) The combination and pipeline of molten salt pump have loose phenomenon or not. Turn the chemical pump by hands and look at the chemical pump that it is flexible or not.
    (2) Unscrew diversion plug of the chemical pump and fill water (or lead paste).
    (3) If it is found that there is abnormal sound in the molten salt pump of the chemical industry, you should park immediately and check the reason.
    (4) Close the gate valve, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
    (5) Move the motor, check the motor to turn right or not.
    (6) Start the motor, after the normal operation of the chemical pump, you can open the export pressure gauge and imported vacuum pump as it shows the appropriate pressure, you should gradually open the valve and check the motor load.
    (7) As far as possible to control the flow and head of the chemical pump in the range of signs, it can ensure the maximum efficiency of the chemical pump operation and obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
    (8) In the course of operation, the bearing temperature can’t exceed the ambient temperature (35⁰C), the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80⁰C.
    (9) Adding grease into bearing. You should observe grease level that it should be in the center line of grease, grease should be replaced or supplemented.
    (10) When chemical pumps should stop to use, you should close the gate valve, pressure gauge firstly and stop the motor.
    (11) Chemical pump works in the first month, you should replace the grease by 100 hours, after you should change grease every 500 hours.
    (12) You should regularly adjust packing gland and ensure normal situation packing room of the drip (to drop out as appropriate).
    (13) Check to wear condition regularly. If it wears seriously, you should change it in time.
    (14) If chemical pump is used in the winter season, you should unscrew the drain plug to discharge water to prevent the cracking.
     (15)If the chemical pump is not used a long time, you need to pump all apart and dry water. You should pack up the moving parts and combine that they are applied grease.
