Pipeline’s configuration of molten salt pump

    Suction and discharge piping configuration of the molten salt pump should pay attention to the content of the following aspects:
    1. All piping that they are contacted with the pump shall have the advantage of  independent and strong support. If so, it can reduce the vibration of the pipeline and prevent the weight of the pipeline from being pressed on the pump.
    2. The diameter of the suction and discharge pipe should not be less than the entrance and exit diameter of Warwick molten salt pump.
    3. Suction line should be short and it is appropriate to reduce the elbow.
    4 When using the reducing pipe, length of reducing pipe should not be less than 5-7 times the size of the diametical difference.
    5.Suction pipe should not be a place where the gas is inside the pit. When the installation position of the pump is higher than the suction surface, no part of the suction pipe should not be higher than the inlet of the pump. Horizontal straight pipe should have the inclination.
    6.High temperature pipeline should be set expansion joints, to prevent the generation of thermal expansion force completely on the pump.
