    1.You should check the size, position and elevation of the pump installation foundation and the datum should meet the requirements of the engineering design.
    2.The  open-package inspectionof the pump should meet the following requirements: it should be according to the provisions of technical documentation to count the parts and the components of the pump.And there should be no missing parts, damage and corrosion. The pipe protection and plugging cover shall be in good condition. And you should check the mounting dimension of molten salt axial flow pump and it should be consistent with the engineering design.You should check the main parts, seals and gaskets varieties and specifications of delivery special medium pump.
    3.When it is sent from the factory, it stands for that it has been assembled and the part of adjusting shall not be removed.
    4.When the Driving machineis connected with the pump, it should be based on the axis of the pump to adjust.
    5.The inlet and outlet welding of the molten salt axial flow pump should ensure enough strengthand the link of the reactor is firm and reliable.
    6 Lubrication, sealing, cooling pipe and others that they belong with the hydraulic system should be kept smooth and clean in accordance with the provisions of Jinan Warwick pump company.
    7 Trial operation shall be carried out after theeach auxiliary system is normal operation.
    8 Pump should do the trial operation in the condition that it is fully filled with the molten salt. The medium of test operation or substitute media should meet the design requirements.
