Flow transmitter of the molten salt system

Vortex flow-meters were installed in the charge and discharge molten salt lines. Their behavior was the more stable of the two types assembled (Vortex and ultrasonic). At any rate, it was likely that the signal with high flows was not able to indicate the true situation. For commercial plants, it was recommended to review the internal correction of this instrumentation as regards the density of the fluids which, in this case, were the salts.
