Low pressure nitrogen’s protection of molten salt pump system
    High temperature molten salt is widely used in fine chemical industry as exchange medium of high temperature heat. Although the molten salt has good thermal stability, it is best to take measures to protect the molten salt under the condition.
    Seal Nitrogen is an inert gas. We can use the nitrogen to protect molten salt pump in molten salt system. If we don’t use the nitrogen to seal, molten salt would quickly break down that the air absorbs oxygen. If so, the salt melting point would increase. If the molten salt become solidification in production, it is very difficult to heat the solidification by using steam. By controlling the nitrogen valve, we see flow meter. And we adjust the flow of low pressure nitrogen by hands. Low pressure nitrogen needs to set a pressure range. If pressure is too high, the salt would disclose from molten salt pump shaft packing leakage. Continuous production of long time, pressure of low nitrogen need to adjust appropriately and it can avoid molten salt leakage.
