    Determining factors of the hydraulic performance for the spiral case

    According to the theoretical derivation and experimental analysis, the hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump is determined by the following factors.

    Four, the width of the spiral case. If it is in the (1.6-2.0) b2 range, it can select by the flowing type.
    Five, outlet diameter of the pump body
    Six, throat area of the pump body is the main factor to determine the pump optimal operating conditions. The previous point is that the spiral case will not only make the total energy of the impeller increase, but the total energy would reduce. That is the spiral case to produce hydraulic losses.
